Who would have thunk it?

Last day of 2007! Another year bites the dust. It seems to be ending the same way it begun - lots of snow, freezing cold, with a promise of yet another ton of snow. It's been an interesting year. The most momentous thing that happened is that my brother retired in October. Terry and I haven't. Elizabeth got a big promotion and, hopefully, a big jump in salary. We went to help Tom celebrate his birthday and his retirement and a great time was had by all. It was wonderful to see the whole family again. Everybody is so scattered all over the place that it's difficult to get together. This was a wonderful opportunity to catch up, albeit briefly, on the news. The babies are growing so fast it makes one's head spin. But they are adorable. The four of them are so darned precious it grabs your heart. Hopefully 2008 will be a great year for all of us.
